"I'm sure there are tons of wedding coordinators who are wonderful, but I can assure you that Tobey is at the top of that list. With so many friends recommending her, I couldn't resist. From the very first conversation with Tobey, I felt as though I had made the right decision. She's warm, compassionate, and honestly makes you feel like you're talking to your best friend. Seeing as how she's been in the industry for so many years, she really knows what she's doing. Throughout the entire wedding process, Tobey had the answer to ANY of my questions. I finally found someone who could keep up with my meticulousness! Her attention to every detail will make sure your night runs flawlessly! I was able to focus on celebrating and not having to worry about anything else!"

"Tobey was fantastic. She has been in the wedding industry for a long time, and her expertise really showed! She was so on top of things and made the whole day go so smoothly. I hired her about 2 months before the wedding when we decided to not use the first coordinator we hired, and Tobey managed to sweep right in and handle everything perfectly. Her organization skills were on a completely different level than the previous coordinator we had. She always knew how to handle every situation and was especially good at calming my parents' nerves as well (something very hard to do!). She allowed us to fully enjoy everything and was well worth the money spent! I highly highly recommend her to everyone!"

"At an international wedding last year,Tobey 's introduced me to her client ,and we agreed to provide African talking drums, violins, soul singers, a steel drum/Caribbean band and the Park Avenue West Orchestra for the wedding of the client's daughter.

"Tobey coordinated all of the important details for the event. She worked closely with the bride's family ,to organize everything including a time line for for the big day. there were many difference of opinions between the family members, as to what take place tat day that required diplomacy and patience on Tobey's part. Due in part to Tobey's experience working with clients, she was able to bring the family members together on a workable plan, thus keeping the wedding on track and on schedule.
